Chaē.Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Chaē.Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Returns are offered within 30 days of purchase with original receipt for store credit or a replacement product of equal or lesser value. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Email customer care with: confirmation number and, general description of item, and reason for return. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. We use our discretion and reserve the right to refuse a refund.
